State Season 2025!
The Sprague Dance Team are the 2025 Show division STATE CHAMPIONS after a successful performance of their Show routine: "Pause // Press Play" at the OSAA Dance/Drill State Championships on Friday, March 21st, earning the program's first ever state championship. The team also shattered more team records by placing 4th in the 6A Traditional divison on Saturday, March 22nd and claiming 3 of the Top 6 medals of the 6A Drill Down competition. Congratulations to Naomi Hamlin (3rd place), Layla Cassity (4th place), Bella Terzenbach (5th place)!
Senior Captain Bella Terzenbach also reprsented the team as a selected member of the 6A DDCA All State Team!
Coach Emily Salter Cook was recognized by the Dance/Drill Coaches Association of Oregon (DDCA) as the 2025 6A Assistant Coach of the Year! This is her second time receiving this honor in the 6 years since the award was established!
It was one of our most successful seasons to date, and we have many to thank within our Sprague community for the unyielding support and encouragement. GO OLYS!
