Parking Permit & Parking on Campus

Registration for parking permits will be accepted beginning August 1, 2025. ALL students parking on campus will be required to fill out a 2025-26 Sprague Student Vehicle Registration . Students who are purchasing a parking permit (which is needed to park in the upper lot) will need to see the Bookkeeper to receive their permit once the items listed below have been completed.
- Pay all past-due fines and fees.
- Pay the non-refundable $25 permit registration fee (through the online payment portal or with the Bookkeeper).
- Fill out the 2025-26 Sprague Student Vehicle Registration
